New Mexico Local Exchange Services Telecommunications Tariff
This tariff contains the descriptions, regulations, and rates applicable to the furnishing of facilities and non-facilities based, resold local
exchange telecommunications services within the State of New Mexico by Mescalero Apache Telecom, Inc. (MATI) “Company.” This tariff is on file
with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission and copies may also be inspected, during normal business hours at the Commission,
Telecommunications Division, Room 104, Marian Hall, 224 E. Palace Avenue, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501, 1-800-947-4722 ext. 4. Copies
also may be inspected during regular business hours at the Company’s place of business, at the location indicated on the bottom of each
page of this tariff.
